Lawrence Le Blanc

Executive Director and President of the Board

As Executive Director and President of the Board, Lawrence Le Blanc provides the executive vision, strategic leadership, and organizational direction of Queers For Israel. Lawrence leads the development and advancement of QFI's mission, overseeing its governance, programs, advocacy, partnerships, and long-term growth while championing LGBTQ+ Jewish empowerment, combating antisemitism, and advancing Israel advocacy. Through decisive leadership and coalition building, Lawrence works to strengthen QFI as a unified international voice for equality, Jewish identity, human rights, and the safety and dignity of LGBTQ+ and Jewish communities.

Eliyahu Cohen-Mizrahi

Chief Operations Officer, Deputy Director, Ambassador to Israel

As COO, Deputy Director, and Ambassador to Israel, Eliyahu directs global operational strategy and orchestrates mission-critical initiatives that advance LGBTQ+ Jewish empowerment, combat antisemitism, and strengthen Israel advocacy across international chapters and allied organizations. Eli's role encompasses the stewardship of day-to-day organizational functions while cultivating strategic partnerships that unite diverse stakeholders throughout the United States and global Jewish communities. Eli's role is to provide exceptional diplomatic leadership while driving operational excellence, fostering inclusive community engagement, and advancing the organization's commitment to justice, identity, and international solidarity.

Chief Creative Officer

Yoanna Kollin is a passionate LGBTQ+ advocate dedicated to promoting authenticity, inclusion, and visibility within the Jewish and Israeli communities. As Chief Creative Officer of Queers For Israel, she leads the organization's creative vision, shaping its messaging, visual identity, and digital storytelling. Through compelling content and innovative campaigns, she helps amplify LGBTQ+ voices, foster meaningful connections, and communicate the organization's mission to celebrate queer identity and support Israel.

As Vice President, Eliyahu Cohen-Mizrahi supports the board's leadership and helps drive the organization's mission on the ground in Israel and around the world. Eli works to strengthen partnerships, coordinate international initiatives, and advance LGBTQ+ Jewish empowerment, combating antisemitism, and Israel advocacy across the organization's global community.
